We collect only the personal data you provide voluntarily through the contact form:
- Full name: to identify your enquiry.
- Company: to understand the context.
- Email: to reply to you.
- Role (optional): to qualify the nature of the discussion.
- Nature of enquiry and message: to prepare our response.
No sensitive data (origin, opinions, health, etc.) is collected.
Purposes of processing
Your data is used exclusively to:
- Respond to your contact enquiry.
- Manage any commercial relationship that may result.
- Comply with our legal obligations.
Legal basis
The processing of your data is based on your consent (form submission) and on AxeOne's legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry and developing its professional activity.
Storage period
Your data is stored for as long as necessary to process it, and for a maximum of three (3) years from the last contact, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
Recipients
Your data is strictly reserved for AxeOne and its technical processors (hosting provider, scheduling tool, email service provider) acting on instruction and bound by confidentiality commitments.
No data is transferred or sold to third parties for commercial purposes.
Scheduling tool (Calendly)
The Contact page embeds a Calendly module that allows you to book a call directly. If you use this module, your name, email and selected time slot are transmitted to Calendly LLC (United States), which acts as data controller for this service.

Transfers outside the EU
Our hosting provider (Netlify, Inc.) and our scheduling tool (Calendly LLC) are established in the United States. Any transfers are governed by the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission.
Cookies and local storage
This website uses no audience-measurement or advertising cookies. Only browser local storage (localStorage) is used to remember your display preferences (language, theme).
This storage is strictly necessary for the website to function and does not require prior consent.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right of access: obtain a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Right to rectification: correct inaccurate data.
- Right to erasure: request deletion of your data.
